Welcome En101 Members

History
Back in the late '90s, I came up with an idea that eventually turned into a company called Skybiz. Launched in early 2000, it took off fast—$187 million in sales across more than 120 countries. Skybiz made several people millionaires, a bunch earned hundreds of thousands, and a lot more brought in tens of thousands. The concept was solid.
In 2005, I launched En101. It was a bold move for me—I had always been the guy behind the scenes, developing concepts, not leading the charge. So stepping out front as a businessman for the first time was definitely a bit scary.
But within just over two years, En101 had brought in $23 million in sales and built a membership base that spanned more than 200 countries. Still, I’ll be the first to admit—I made a critical mistake. Being my first time running a company solo, I underestimated how much a few percentage points could impact the bottom line. I was too generous—paying out 85% of revenue to the reps, plus covering 5% in credit card processing fees for a high-risk business.
At the time, I was funding offices in multiple countries and traveling full-time—visiting 33 countries and often staying for weeks at a time. I was all in, doing everything I could to support the field and build the company globally.
That generosity turned out to be a fatal flaw. When the global economy crashed in 2008, En101 couldn’t weather the storm. If I’d paid out just 75% instead, the company would’ve had an extra $2.3 million in reserve—enough to survive the downturn.
Still, En101 changed lives. One person earned over $1 million, another came close, plenty earned hundreds of thousands, and many more took home tens of thousands. At its peak, we were paying over 1,000 people every week. I tried my best to keep it going—kept my 13-person team as long as I could—but the money ran out. I never took profits, just a modest salary the whole time, and when it ended, I walked away broke and heartbroken.
The proudest day of my life was the day I was able to hire my son full-time. The hardest day was telling him I couldn’t pay him anymore and had to let him go.
Even with that ending, I don’t see En101 as a failure. It started the journey for a lot of people to learn English, sparked friendships, even led to a few marriages and families. That’s a win in my book.
Fast forward to 2023—I got introduced to AI. I’m always watching for the next big thing, and I know multimillion-dollar ideas don’t show up every day. So, I jumped in and created AI Global Dream—a simple program with a straightforward plan. I adjusted the binary comp plan to add almost 30% more to pay steps, which really boosts what people can earn.
AI is the hottest thing out there right now, but most people don’t really see how it can help them personally. That’s why I built AI Global Dream. It’s not just a business opportunity—it’s a “success program” that lets people promote a powerful product while also learning how to use AI to create their own opportunities. It’s the perfect MLM: a virtual product with instant delivery and a comp plan that’s easy to explain.
I’ve spent the last two years focused on what it takes to make an AI venture work. I built a clean, simple Online Office to help you track your points and earnings. I brought in a seasoned CEO to run the day-to-day and a CPA with 40+ years of experience in multimillion-dollar companies to handle the payouts. That frees me up to keep improving the product and expanding the vision.
Thanks for listening.
